False Bay 50

The False Bay 50 is a stunning ultra-distance race that takes runners on an unforgettable journey along one of South Africa’s most scenic coastal routes.

Starting in Kleinmond, the route winds past Betty’s Bay, Pringle Bay, Rooi Els, and Kogel Bay, finishing in the beautiful seaside town of Gordon’s Bay. Expect breathtaking views, a challenging course, and a true test of endurance.

Please note: Temporary road closures will be in place between Rooi Els and Gordon’s Bay during the event.

A fleet of sweep vehicles will follow the back markers, collecting runners from designated cut-off points to ensure safety throughout the race.

Whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply taking in the scenery, the False Bay 50 promises an incredible running experience.

Tour de Helderberg

The Tour de Helderberg (TdH) is an exciting, unofficial club competition that takes place annually in the Helderberg area, usually during October or November. This challenge is both physically and mentally demanding, requiring members to complete all six stages within seven consecutive days.

Each stage is treated as a race, with winners announced after every event. It’s a true test of endurance, strength, and versatility—and a highlight of the club’s calendar!
